This Privacy Policy describes how Godasya ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or place an order. This policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

3. WhatsApp & Third-Party Services

Orders are processed via WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. By messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy. We do not control the data practices of WhatsApp or Meta.

Our website may be hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a Microsoft subsidiary). GitHub Pages may collect basic server logs. Please refer to GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.

We use Google Fonts (Google LLC) to load typefaces. Google may collect limited technical data. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy:

  • Courier / Logistics Partners — receives your name and delivery address for shipping
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — processes communication data as per their privacy policy
  • GitHub, Inc. — hosts our website; may collect server logs
  • Google LLC — provides fonts and may collect limited technical data

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party for their independent marketing or commercial purposes. All data processors are engaged under confidentiality obligations.
